Step 1: Request a Return Authorization (RA)

Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a ‌Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number‌ and provide the authorized return shipping address.

Step 2: Prepare and Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in the ‌original product packaging‌, including all parts and documentation. ‌Clearly write the RMA Number on the outside of the shipping box.‌ Ship the package to the address provided using a trackable and insured courier service. You are responsible for the cost and safe transit of the return shipment until it is received by us.

Step 3: Inspection and Refund Processing
Upon receipt, our team will inspect the returned item(s) to confirm they meet our return conditions.

For orders shipped outside of New Zealand:
